Clear IT Path has a real program for qualifying organizations. It is structured, it is transparent, and it reflects how we actually operate as a New Jersey business.
We believe good IT shouldn't be a luxury — but good IT still takes real work. Our community program reflects both of those truths.
What the program looks like
Same full-service plan. Qualified organizations receive a discounted rate — we quote you after approval. The difference is explained and documented.
Software provided under this program is contributed as an in-kind donation. Service and labor components are provided at a discounted rate. Community pricing is extended at Clear IT Path's discretion and subject to qualification.
Who qualifies
Four types of organizations are eligible. Approval is not automatic — we verify each application.
K-12 Schools & Educational Institutions
Public and private schools, charter schools, and school districts serving students in New Jersey.
Government Agencies & Municipal Organizations
Local government offices, municipal agencies, and public-interest administrative bodies.
Registered 501(c)(3) Nonprofits
Federally recognized tax-exempt organizations with a documented charitable mission and valid EIN.
Community-Focused Organizations
Case-by-case review for organizations serving a clear public benefit. Apply and describe your mission.

Complete the short qualification form below. Include your organization type, EIN or tax-exempt number, and a brief description of your current IT situation.
Review
We verify eligibility within 2–3 business days and schedule a free 30-minute assessment to understand your environment. No sales presentation — just a straightforward look at what you're working with.
Onboard
Approved organizations get started at the community rate from day one. Full documentation, full service — nothing withheld.

Community pricing covers discounted service rates. In-kind software contributions are provided separately where applicable and documented accordingly. Clear IT Path reserves the right to qualify, adjust, or discontinue community pricing at any time. This program is not a free service arrangement — service and labor hours are provided at a discounted rate, not at zero cost.
