Clear IT Path provides IT services to businesses located in Rockaway, NJ and across North Jersey. Our Services include managed IT support, cybersecurity, consulting, help desk, cloud migrations, compliance services, and more.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
3. Scope of Services
Specific service scope, response times, and fees are defined in separate agreements, statements of work, or service contracts signed between you (the "Client") and Clear IT Path.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All services are billed hourly, monthly, or as defined in your service plan.
- Emergency response services may incur additional charges.
- Hardware/software procurement is billed separately and subject to vendor availability.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or Services:
- To engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior
- To attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- To upload malicious code or interfere with our infrastructure
- To falsely represent our services, employees, or business
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.
5. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay invoices in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement (typically Net 15 or Net 30 unless otherwise agreed). Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
We reserve the right to charge reasonable late fees and collection costs.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of providing or receiving services. This includes system credentials, business strategies, and sensitive data.
We do not share or sell client data.
7. Limitation of Liability
Clear IT Path is not liable for:
- Data loss due to client-side misconfiguration or third-party software
- Downtime caused by vendors, internet providers, or events outside our control
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if we were advised of the possibility
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered in the last 30 days.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
All services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind unless specifically stated in writing. While we make every effort to deliver reliable service, we do not guarantee error-free systems or uninterrupted uptime.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to terms in the service agreement. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
